Welcome to the home of the USS Aucilla, AO 56, Association. This website is dedicated to the men and women who proudly served on the Aucilla during its 27 years commision as an Ashtabula-class fleet oiler.
Housed here is an ever growing archive of historical documents, photos and reminiscences as well as ways for former shipmates to join the USS Aucilla Association and make contact with old friends. We encourage you to join and share in the building of this website first by joining the Association and also by contributing any stories, photos, documents or thought you may have.
Membership into the Association is open to anyone who served on the ship as well as any family member or friend.
